Mortgage renewal and rate-hold policy

My mortgage renews in November. How long can I hold a rate, and which documents should I send?

The missing CX channel

Your calls and chats have targets while your inbox has a backlog.

Status checks, document questions, policy questions, and complaints still land in shared inboxes. No one can say what the response time is, and someone spends all day sorting.

You set the rules

The AI never decides what it is allowed to do. Your rules do.

Every inbox gets its own rules: when to act, what to do, which knowledge to use, and when to hand off to a person. If no rule says yes, nothing happens.

Try it before you connect anything

Test the workflow before connecting a mailbox.

Paste a representative email into the Snoooz test environment. See the classification, matched permission rule, exclusions, selected action, recipients, label, context, and draft. No mailbox connection is required for the test.

  • Validate rules with operations and compliance stakeholders
  • Test normal cases, edge cases, and explicit exclusions
  • Compare multiple rule priorities before activation
  • Review the proposed draft and outbound envelope
  • Move to a low-risk inbox only after the workflow is accepted

Nothing to migrate

Works with every email provider

Connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or supported IMAP/SMTP mailboxes, including shared and role-based addresses. Replies stay in the email channel customers already use.

Email and calendars

Gmail, Outlook, shared mailboxes, IMAP/SMTP, Google Calendar, and Outlook Calendar.

CRM and customer data

Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, approved APIs, webhooks, and custom data sources.

ERP and service systems

SAP, Odoo, helpdesk sources, and enterprise integrations based on the customer configuration.

Knowledge sources

Approved documents, FAQs, policies, websites, thread history, and optional past-reply patterns.

Native capability and integration depth vary by provider. Enterprise integrations can also use REST APIs, webhooks, inbound context, and direct data-source reads.

A controlled path to production

Test first. Automate when ready.

Start with representative emails and draft-only operation. Expand automatic actions only where the institution has accepted the rule, context, and risk boundary.

1Before mailbox access

Simulate

Build rules and test representative emails without creating a live draft or outbound message.

2Low-risk pilot

Draft only

Snoooz prepares replies. Your team reviews, edits, and sends from the existing mailbox.

3Accepted workflows

Scoped automation

Enable automatic actions for defined request types while keeping exclusions in review.

4Measured expansion

Broaden carefully

Add inboxes, rules, context, and actions based on observed performance and governance approval.

Security and procurement

Built to pass your security review.

Security, privacy, legal, procurement, and third-party risk teams can review the relevant program materials and deployment options before a pilot.

Questions we hear from evaluation teams

Straight answers before the pilot.

Yes. Enter representative sender, recipient, subject, and message content to preview the matched rule, exclusions, selected action, recipients, labels, context, and proposed response. The test does not create a live mailbox draft or outbound email.
Yes. Snoooz supports bring-your-own-key configurations so customers can use an approved AI provider and credentials while keeping Snoooz workflow rules, testing, context retrieval, mailbox actions, routing, follow-ups, and activity logging. Provider, model, region, and enterprise-plan availability should be confirmed during solution design.
Snoooz supports Google Workspace and Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, plus supported IMAP/SMTP mailboxes such as Yahoo, Apple Mail, Zoho, cPanel, and other standards-based providers. Shared and role-based inboxes can also be configured.
Snoooz does not create the configured outbound response. Permission requires an active inclusion rule, and a matched exclusion rule can block that permission. Priorities let institutions place specific exceptions ahead of general automation.
Yes. A workflow can create drafts instead of sending automatically. Institutions can keep draft-only operation permanently for selected inboxes or request types and enable automatic actions only where policy permits them.
No. Snoooz automates communication and inbox workflows according to institution-defined rules. Authorized employees and systems remain responsible for regulated judgments, approvals, and transaction decisions. Those scenarios can be excluded from automation or held for review.
Yes. Follow-up workflows can control timing, frequency, attempt limits, working-hour restrictions, attachments, and whether the follow-up is drafted or sent. Future follow-ups can stop when the recipient replies on the thread.
Customer email is used to operate the configured workflows and is not used to train public or general AI models. Exact data processing, retention, model-provider, regional, and integration behavior should be reviewed as part of the customer's security and privacy assessment.
