Snoooz uses GPT-4 by default on all plans. The team continuously tests and updates AI models every few months, and is currently evaluating Gemini and GPT-5 for future updates.

Can Snoooz categorise and label emails automatically?

Yes, you can create custom categories, and then use them in the rules. Based on the category and rule match, you can trigger specific actions like replying, forwarding, or applying specific email labels. Learn how to set up categories →

Can I customise the tone and style of AI responses?

How do credits work?

Snoooz uses 1 AI credit to process each email (whether drafting, sending, categorizing, or ignoring). Training the AI uses 5 credits per document, PDF, or webpage you scan. Credits reset monthly.  What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?

BYOK allows you to connect your own API key from providers like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or DeepSeek to access 30+ different AI models. This feature is available on premium plans.
